Information collected
When you use our contact or assessment forms, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, phone number, email, requested service, message, and property or stay details. Basic technical security logs may also be processed by our hosting providers.
Purposes and legal basis
We use information to answer your request, prepare an assessment or proposal, take requested pre-contractual steps, deliver an agreed service and protect the website. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
Recipients, processors and transfers
Access is limited to the ReRent team and providers needed for hosting, email delivery, lead management or consented audience analytics. Data is not sold. Some technical providers may process data outside Morocco; ReRent should verify appropriate safeguards when activating or changing them.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Inactive enquiries should normally be reviewed for deletion after 24 months, unless a longer period is justified.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent by emailing us. We may ask for reasonable identity verification to protect your information.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you refuse, Google audience measurement is not loaded. You can clear this website’s stored data in your browser to make the choice appear again.
Security and complaints
ReRent uses reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. If you believe your information has been handled incorrectly, contact us first; you may also seek information from Morocco’s data-protection authority, the CNDP.
This operational privacy notice should be reviewed by qualified Moroccan counsel and updated whenever providers or processing activities change.
